Dear Diary,

It was off to Simply Beautiful yesterday to wrap away the damages from the weekend. I tried the lay-down wrap this time. This is truly relaxing. I think I fell asleep once or twice. What a treat, take a nap and wake up with your tummy flatter.

Jeff brought home the photos from the Gap Calendar photo shoot. He wanted to get some more opinions. They pretty much have what they want picked out. I think they came out really great. I can’t wait to see the whole thing put together. Jeff’s pictures came out great. He is December, and is wearing a Wolf shirt with a Santa hat. It is fantastic.

This is a busy week. We have our own photo shoot Wednesday. We have got a great idea, but I don’t want to give it away.

Plus, I got some of my Halloween costume in the mail today. We are on the home stretch to my favorite time of year. We are having a Wolf Halloween party and costumes are required. There is a $1,000 cash prize for best male and best female. It is going to be a blast. I am so excited about our outfits. It’s a secret, though.

Talk to you tomorrow,

Dear Diary,

It was an amazing weekend and I had so much fun with Heather. It was so great to hang out, I miss her so much. She headed back to Florida this morning. I had to say good-bye last night, Jeff took her to the airport.

Friday, we did lunch in the Castro and a little bar-hopping as well. Eddie joined us for wings at Chow. They never disappoint.

Heather and I gabbed the night away. She has always been a friend where we never run out of things to talk about.

Saturday, we did our walking tour of San Francisco. The weather couldn’t have been better. But we were completely wiped out by the time we got home. We did manage to squeeze in some shopping before we passed out. However, we couldn’t even muster the strength to go out to dinner. We ordered Chinese.

Sunday, we drove to Sonoma. Heather has never been wine-tasting before. We brought the dogs and met up with Lisa and Chris. I think Heather had fun and we all learned a lot.

Dear Diary,

We were so busy yesterday I completely forgot to write in my diary. We had our Eat & Greet 4 in Dublin at Amici’s. There was an amazing crowd, we met a ton of people and it was so much fun. Not to mention the fabulous food, Amici’s pizza is divine. And yes, we got a pizza with bacon on it.

Everyone thought I was so mean to drag Heather out of bed at 3:45AM, but she wanted to come. I would not do that to someone. However, it works in my favor cause she was ready for a nap later. It seems like sleep has been low on my priority list this week. We are trying to squeeze in a lot of activities.

Saturday will be our main, tourist day. We are going to do the walking tour of San Francisco. This way we will hit Coit Tower, the Embarcadero, she can taste a sourdough breadbowl, see the sea lions and wrap it up with a sample at Ghirardelli. Plus, all of the walking cancels out the chocolate.

Sunday, we are going to do a little shopping. Thank goodness for the Gap spousal discount.

Dear Diary,

It is so nice to see Heather and Justin. We had such a good time Tuesday. I picked up Heather from their hotel and we headed over to Sausalito for lunch. We grabbed sandwiches at the Venice Deli. It was fantastic and we sat outside by the water. It is a beautiful view, and we had so much fun catching up.

We went back to the apartment after lunch, so I could take the dogs out. I was going to sneak in a nap, but Heather and I chatted the afternoon away.

Jeff and Justin met up with us and we went to North Beach for dinner. We love that Cafe Delucci. The food is amazing, so we had to grab some Italian fare there.

Before we knew it,it was late in the evening and I have to get up at 4AM. We made plans for the next day and parted ways. I am so glad they are staying all week, so we have plenty of time.

Dear Diary,

After the show yesterday, it was off to San Ramon for a Simply Beautiful wrap. This is my fourth visit and I am loving the fact I continue to lose inches. After Monday’s one-hour session, I am now down a total of 21 inches. How great is that? One hour…less inches.

Jeff had a late night at work. We were going to try to squeeze in dinner with Heather and Justin, but they didn’t land until after 7PM. By the time we all could have hooked up, it would have been a really late night. They are going to be here all week, so we have plenty of time.

I am going to pick Heather up from their hotel after work and we are going to do lunch. I think I will take her over to Sausalito. I am not sure if she has ever been to the city before. I will have to figure out what kind tourist-y stuff she wants to do. We are going to take them to North Beach for dinner tonight.

I will only make her wake up with me once this week. A four AM wake-up call is not the nicest thing you can do to your house-guest.

Dear Diary,

This weekend was action-packed. I met Jeff at Palomino restaurant Friday night. It is next door to Gap Inc. We had a nice date night, just the two of us.

Saturday, we ran errands and made sure to get home in time for the Gator game. They took on Tennessee and smoked ‘em. It was 30-6. I love that, especially since Jeff’s friend said the Gators were going to lose.

Saturday night. we met up with Ken and Charlene for a celebratory wedding dinner. We went to Bobo’s. That place is so good, the steak melts in your mouth.

My friends, Heather and Justin, are coming in tonight. Jeff and I spent Sunday cleaning….our favorite. I know I will have to go back over the floors. It’s like we never cleaned with Buster’s shedding.

Dear Diary,

It is the best day of the week, it is Friday. I am going to kick the weekend off having lunch with my hubby. He and I were both kind of stressed last night…not worth getting into, but we both agreed to try and not bring our issues home.

We had a meeting yesterday about the San Francisco Breast Cancer 3-Day for 2009. You truly need to start planning now. Since working in radio, I realized you have this wonderful medium to do a lot of good. We raised hundreds of thousands of dollars in Minneapolis. I want to continue that tradition here. I have some ideas, and I really want to see how far we can go.

I don’t want to go halfway on anything. It’s go big or go home. This is a very important cause to me. I lost my mother in 2003. If you do a little research, you will be amazed by how many people are affected by this.

It is a life-changing event and I am excited to do it in this city.

Dear Diary,

It is Friday Eve, and I couldn’t be more delighted. I am working on a couple’s massage for Jeff and I Friday night. That is something we like to treat ourselves to every once in a while.

I can’t believe it is already Thursday. This week just flew by. I booked a pedicure for today. I couldn’t wait any longer. It’s not far from my apartment, so I can just walk there. I probably shouldn’t spend the money, but I can’t do my feet like like a pro can.

Eddie is going to be at Back 40 Texas BBQ Saturday night in Pleasant Hill. We might have to stop by, we had so much the last time we went. Plus, the food is amazing…yes, I am talking about food again.

I have been putting off getting a DVR for our TV. I know, we are so behind the times. However, the new seasons are starting and there is no way I can stay up late. i am wuss when it comes to my bedtime.

Is it just me, or is this entry amazingly boring? Maybe I should spice up my life…

Dear Diary,

We did our Eat & Greet 3 in Oakland this morning from Celestine’s. Jimmy Wayne was live with us…and oh man, he is darling. I actually tried to buy the shirt off his back. It was so awesome, a long-sleeved back button-down with a studded cross on the back. It probably wouldn’t fit me, but I even offered to donate money to his charity if he would give it to me. No go….bummer.
I would have liked to just sniff it.

Ken is back and he says his wedding went off without a hitch. He showed me pictures and Charlene looked so pretty. I am so happy for them.

Since it was small ceremony and only family invited, we are talking about doing something for them…maybe a party or a big dinner somewhere. Jeff and I are thinking Bobo’s…we would use any excuse to do steak at Bobo’s.

He has a runway show at Gap Inc. I wish I could go, but it is only for employees. It is part of the modeling he has already done, and next they are working on a charity calendar. I don’t know if I am supposed to mention that. But I hope everything works out. We are trying to involve both Gap and the Wolf…marrying the two families:)

Dear Diary,

As Mondays go, it wasn’t too bad. Friday seems very far away. Heather and Justin, my friends from Florida, come in town next week. He is doing some training for work, and she is tagging along. I am so excited to see them. We haven’t seen each other since March.

We all love steak and there is a Brazilian steakhouse by our apartment. Jeff and I have been waiting to go until they came for a visit.

She is going to stay through the weekend, so we will show her all the sights and probably go to Sonoma as well.

The dog hair has become insane. Our floors are a black wood and Buster’s white dog hair is overwhelming. I am swiffering, sweeping and vacuuming…two minutes later, it’s like I didn’t even bother.

I wonder how he would look shaved.

I am happy he is getting settled. He seems happy and content…and hairy.

Talk to you tomorrow,
