So you may have heard me mention on the air that on the last note of the last song of the last night on his American Saturday Night tour, Brad Paisley took a header on the stage – yikes! That bad boy is posted on youtube.

He went to the hospital and twittered while he was there – everything checked out fine but man, he got a nasty ol’ bruise which, of course, he posted to twitter and asked for captions from fans – the fav so far is The Hurt Rocker (nod to the Oscar winning movie, there ;)   )

Hi there! So as I mentioned on the air, Sam from here at the station, got out to Reno to see the Brad Paisley show this weekend and pronounced it “brilliant!” I believe him – that man is crazy talented! But I never knew he could draw, not did I realise he’s a superhero sent here to save the other country artists! :) Here’s the proof and it runs during his concerts:

Fun stuff! Enjoy your day :D

So did you hear the bootleg cut Ain’t No Son that we’re playing for you by the Court Yard Hounds? What’d you think? Call me at 1-888-266-WOLF!

Martie Maguire and Emily Robison are 2/3 of the Dixie Chicks. No, the Chicks have not broken up, but while they’re on hiatus, side projects get hatched :) You can hear more about them in an interview here. Get even more info about them at their website.

Tres cool, eh?

Will the madness never stop? LOL! First Lady A and now Carrie Underwood and Queen Latifa – they were at a pre-Superbowl press conference and asked about the cultural significance of the song “Pants on the Ground”. This song is the biggest thing to come from this season of American Idol to date ;)

Love that Kelly Clarkson is a spitfire – she went off on Scott Borchetta, Taylor Swift’s record lable head, for making excuses and throwing blame around for her performance on the Grammy’s

To paraphrase: ‘Shaky performances happen – you just need to go out and kick butt next time.’ Amen, sister!

Hey fellow Wolfpack peeps! :D

As I mentioned on the air, the Exploratorium in SF is doing some cool stuff – and it’s not just for kids anymore! The first Thursday of the month they have a program called After Dark about which they say:  “Not a theater, cabaret, or gallery, After Dark contains aspects of all three. Each evening showcases a different topic—from music to sex to electricity—but all include a cash bar and film screenings, plus an opportunity to play with our hundreds of hands-on exhibits.” Gotta play with your science  – hee.
