Dear Diary,

I am almost done with my holiday shopping. We are trying to keep it small this year, as I am sure everyone else is doing. If only I was a high-paid exec at AIG…they are loaded. Jeff hasn’t asked for anything specific this year, so he is tough to buy for.

Plus, our first anniversary is in February. I guess I should be thinking of  that gift as well. He is taking us somewhere for the weekend. It is a surprise, I can’t wait. I am hoping it is something tropical:)

That also means less eating and more exercising if a bathing suit is involved. That is good motivation, though.

I am going to send out holiday cards this year, so that is my current project. I skipped it last year since I was sending out a gazillion wedding invites. I can’t believe that was a year ago. Man, does time fly.
