There’s some talk making the rounds online alleging that JACKIE EVANCHO…the 10-year-old opera singer from “America’s Got Talent”…is a lip-synching FRAUD.
But the “National Enquirer” consulted a vocal coach named Renee Grant-Williams, who studied the video…along with video of other, past performances…and determined that she IS singing live on the show.

The August 30th issue of “Star” magazine has photos of KENNY CHESNEY on a beach last week in Cancun, Mexico with ESPN reporter JENN BROWN. And they’re not just talking game, if you know what I mean.
In one of the photos Jenn is sliding her hands under Kenny’s shirt and around his ab-crunched waist. In another she’s striking sexy poses for him.
A so-called eyewitness told “Star”, quote, “They were touching and rubbing each other the whole time. They definitely looked like lovers, like they didn’t have a care in the world.” Kenny and Jenn were also, allegedly, shacking up in the same room.
The “Star” is also focusing the angle that Kenny is cheating on his longtime girlfriend AMY COLLEY. Apparently, when Amy found out she was “livid” and considered his betrayal a “slap in the face.”

16-year-old JUSTIN BIEBER has become the latest celebrity spokesperson for Proactiv, the acne medicine.
In statements on his page at Proactiv.com, Justin says, quote, “I’m definitely someone who suffers from acne. I’m a teenage boy! So I use Proactiv so my face doesn’t get like that. Proactiv is a great thing!”
But even though he “suffers from acne,” he says he uses it as a preventative measure. He says, quote, “Some people might say: ‘Justin Bieber? He doesn’t have acne, why is he doing Proactiv?’
“But, you know, it’s about preventing getting acne. Proactiv is the way to go. It just makes you feel so much better about yourself.”

For some of us…who are NOT teenage girls…it’s easy to dismiss the JUSTIN BIEBER phenomenon as yet another soft, teen pop sensation.
But you have to give him some real credit for this: A video has just surfaced from Justin’s performance at a Sacramento concert last December…in which he gets NAILED IN THE HEAD by a water bottle thrown by someone in the crowd.
And IF it was a water bottle…it’s a little unclear from the video…it must have been at least partially full, because it looks HEAVY.
Just before he was hit, Justin was just telling the crowd how much he LOVED them…and after the impact, he didn’t cry, or freak out, or even get pissed.
He merely said, quote, “Ow! That didn’t feel good.” Then, he fixed his hair, naturally, and added, quote, “I don’t know why she just threw that at me.”

38-year-old Julie Bailey of La Crosse, Wisconsin, is two months pregnant. On Tuesday, she did what any pregnant woman should be doing: She got HAMMERED and tried to rob a fast foot joint with… wait for it…a HAMMER.
Around 10:40 P.M., Julie barged into a Taco John’s. The cashier described her to police as, quote, “a heavy-set woman wearing an oversized floral shirt and shorts”…plus pink and white slippers.
She walked up to the cashier and told him, quote, “I want a soft shell, and this is a stickup. Give me all your money.”
Then she tried to pull out a hammer, which she’d jammed in the elastic waistband of her floral shorts. But it got tangled in a jumble of fabric, elastic, pregnant belly, and general chubbiness…and she couldn’t get it out.
So the cashier didn’t give her the money OR the soft-shelled taco…he hit a panic button by the register and called 911.
Julie tried to run but the police easily caught up with her. She was arrested and charged with attempted armed robbery and obstructing officers.
She told the police she’d put down a full 12-pack of beer that night. She blew a .219 during a breathalyzer test.

“Jersey Shore” train wreck NICOLE “SNOOKI” POLIZZI was arrested for public drunkenness on Friday in Seaside Heights, New Jersey.
Police took her off in handcuffs after she passed out during a marathon afternoon drinking session. MTV was filming that day, so there’s about a 100% chance that all this will be featured, at some point, on “Jersey Shore”.
A so-called “eyewitness” says, quote, “She was passed out face down in the sand. She couldn’t even stand up. She was on her knees and kept falling on the beach. People were laughing and taking pictures of her before the cops arrested her.”
Snooki was reportedly charged with disorderly conduct…and was later released.

It’s always fun to see somebody famous walk on stage at a concert and sing along with the headliner. That’s what DIERKS BENTLEY did last Friday in Louisville, Kentucky when he joined BON JOVI for their song “Wanted Dead Or Alive”.
JON BON JOVI started the song on his own, and then invited Dierks to the stage. Dierks did a nice job, and then when it was over he blurted out, quote, “That was the quote in my yearbook.”
